Orders are sent through a delivery service within 7-10 working days (this is an approximate lead time for domestic orders, real time of delivery depends on destination). Our packaging is environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.
We usually deliver on time, but we cannot always guarantee a time of delivery. When the order leaves our premises, you will receive an email stating the estimated delivery date. Orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Delivery is made on working days only (Monday to Friday) and never on Holidays. Bear in mind that delivery is made during working hours, so it is convenient to use a delivery address where you are certain that someone will be present to receive your order.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the garments purchased at lobbies-no.com, you have 7 days from the delivery date to inform us your intention to return it. To avoid returns due to size choice, we strongly recommend that you make use of the "Size chart" available in the product page before making your order.
At the moment of reception of your order, you must check the good condition of the packaging and report any signs of damage to the delivery person. Claims for product damage must be made within the next 48 hours from the time of delivery.
To return a garment you must carry out the following steps:
· Tell us you intention to return the product, preferably through the email address email@example.com.
· Fill the "Return Form" that we will send you with our reply, indicating the item that you intend to return and the reasons that motivate the rejection.
· You will also receive a return label. Print it and stick it on the same parcel that we used for the delivery. We will send you instructions to contact the delivery service to collect the parcel.
· Include the "Return Form" in the parcel along with the returned garment.
In most cases, the costs of delivery and return are discounted from the refund amount (for more details see the section “Terms and Conditions of Use”).
Remember that returns will only be accepted if they comply with the following requirements:
· Garments should not have been washed or used in any way.
· Garments must be in the same condition as when delivered, with the original label attached.
· The returned item must be complete (for instance, when returning a “pack” all its items must be returned).
· The "Returns Form" must be included in the parcel along with the returned product.
If a returned article does not comply with any of the previous requirements, it will not be possible to make a refund.
